My Story
My passion for discovering new cultures and food started at a young age with an urge to travel and experience new surroundings.
However in 2018, I was rushed to hospital where I spent significant time having scans and tests. In the end the doctors finally released me but I had no answers as to why my body was shutting down. Soon after, I began to research my own ways to heal from within. Through elimination, lifestyle and diet changes, including finding yoga, I started to see a change in my body and became more aware of the mind-body connection.

I know how it feels to be overwhelmed with stress from work. Of course I still struggle with stresses like anyone in the world, I am definitely not immune! But I found my way out of being in that constant state of stress & have the tools to manage it when I need to . I am constantly looking at each day as a chance to heal and learn.
My specific focus now is creating a space to guide busy working professionals through the confusing field of wellness through mindful practices, education and coaching ..
