Welcome my love..
As children we play without boundaries. We paint without judgement. We draw without question. We write without stopping. We sing without fear. We move without asking why.
As we become adults this fear creeps in and we become afraid of trying new things. It’s only when we push through the discomfort to step into the other side that fear begins to fade away.
By moving in new ways, talking in new ways, asking questions in new ways, resting in new ways, we awaken the wisdom stored deep within the limbic brain.
This creative wellness space is an offering to yourself. To give you space to access this part of the brain away from the every-day routine. In a timeless container of endless inspiration, drawn from nature, yoga, breathwork, journaling, movement, sound, foods, and, most importantly, stillness.
'Reconnect' is a coming together of powerful minds, in which you will learn how to successfully support yourself in your creative endeavors as we move into the summer months. The end of May signals the close of Spring, a time of planting seeds, and the transition into Summer, a time of blossoming, leaping, and expansion.
Expect to leave this four day experience feeling inspired, soul-led, connected and rested with a new community of friends.
Reconnect to your body, nature, your
creative spark, and re centre.

"I feel extremely passionate about creating a space to hone in on creative skills through practices that tap into the subconscious mind and unlock the ideas and untapped skills that the limiting beliefs that we hold as adults keep us within the same box."
Sara is an energy healer and massage therapist with a rich multicultural background, thanks to her Italian father, Portuguese mother, German grandfather and Belgian upbringing.
Fluent in six languages, her journey into the world of massage began after she walked 800km alone along the Camino de Santiago. During this transformative experience, she became deeply passionate about the connection between the physical and emotional body, and even more so after her father became terminally ill with a heart condition in 2023. This pivotal moment inspired her delve into the world of bodywork and healing therapies and she eventually became captivated by Shiatsu, a Japanese therapy that uses gentle, static pressure to restore balance and promote healing by stimulating the body’s natural energy flow. Outside of her work as a masseuse, Sara also runs her own tea business, Moments of Glim, which invites customers to reconnect with the present moment, encouraging mindfulness and tranquility in every sip.

Klaudia is a multidisciplinary artist and expressive arts therapist specializing in creativity, movement, voice, and embodiment.
Her work thrives at the intersection of art, healing, and consciousness. She believes in working with the body and nervous system, embracing the artist’s perspective as a way to co-create with life itself. Her creative practice is an alchemical process—turning pain into gold, capturing the magic of nature, and adding more beauty to the world.
"Creation, for me, is a portal—an act of weaving the seen and unseen, the inner and outer worlds. I'm inspired by nature’s rhythms, the rawness of human emotion, and the way art has the power to transmute pain into beauty. I create to connect, to express, to remember. Whether through movement, voice, or paint, I am drawn to the mystery of life, the ever-evolving dance of energy, and the stories that shape us.
Nourishment is at the heart of my creative process—feeding not just the body, but the spirit. I believe in the power of food as medicine, movement as a way to awaken, and artistic expression as a source of deep fulfillment. To create is to nurture, to tend to the sacred within and around us, and to offer something that enriches the world."
